Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

• Unused and uninstalled

• In original condition

• With the original tag still attached

• In original packaging

Any hair that has been worn, installed, altered, cut, colored, washed, or has the tag removed will not be accepted.
